The Greentruss Scale & Corrosion Inhibition System is a non-chemical water treatment solution composed of a signal generator and an energy processor. It effectively prevents scale formation and reduces corrosion in cooling water systems by modifying the energy state of water molecules.
Scale Inhibition
The system works by transmitting Greentruss sub-wave signals to the Energy Enhancer, altering the behavior of ions in the water (like CO₃²⁻, Ca²⁺, and Mg²⁺). These ions stay dissolved even as water temperature rises, reducing the likelihood of hard scale deposits such as calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate. Additionally, existing hard scale may be converted into a softer, less adhesive form (aragonite), which is more easily flushed away by water flow, keeping heat exchanger surfaces cleaner.
Corrosion Inhibition
The sub-wave energy also boosts the reactivity of oxygen atoms in the water, encouraging the formation of protective oxide layers such as magnetite (Fe₃O₄) on steel and cuprous oxide (Cu₂O) on copper components. These stable oxide layers adhere firmly to metal surfaces, acting as a natural barrier to further corrosion.
