Anderol® FGCS-2 HD is a high-performance synthetic heavy-duty food-grade grease formulated with an over-based calcium sulfonate complex thickener and PAO base oil. Developed using patented technology, this H1-registered grease is designed to deliver exceptional mechanical stability, superior load-carrying capacity, and enhanced wear protection in demanding food processing applications.

The calcium sulfonate complex structure provides inherent extreme pressure (EP) performance, excellent shock load resistance, and outstanding corrosion protection. Its robust formulation ensures stable lubrication under high loads, continuous vibration, and elevated operating temperatures, while minimizing grease softening and oil separation over extended service intervals.

Anderol® FGCS-2 HD exhibits excellent resistance to water washout and spray-off, making it particularly suitable for applications exposed to frequent washdowns, moisture, or humid operating environments. Its superior thermal and oxidation stability helps maintain lubricant integrity during prolonged operation, contributing to extended bearing life and reduced maintenance frequency.

Fully compliant with FDA regulation 21 CFR 178.3570, Anderol® FGCS-2 HD is registered NSF H1 for incidental food contact and certified Kosher and Halal. The product meets the stringent hygiene, safety, and performance requirements of food processing, beverage, packaging, and pharmaceutical industries, and can be handled using conventional grease handling and dispensing equipment.

Compatibility

Anderol® synthetic hydrocarbon-based lubricants are compatible with materials commonly used with mineral oil lubricants, including paints, seals, gaskets, and hoses. No special precautions are required when converting from mineral oil-based greases to Anderol® FGCS-2 HD.

Handling & Storage

Anderol® lubricants present minimal hazard during normal handling when standard industrial safety practices are followed. In case of spillage, absorb with inert material, remove promptly, and flush the affected area with water.

Although not highly flammable, the product will burn and should be kept away from open flames and ignition sources. Suitable fire-extinguishing media include water spray, foam, carbon dioxide, or dry chemical.

Store Anderol® FGCS-2 HD in clean, protected locations to prevent contamination. Do not reuse empty containers; flush and send them to an approved re-conditioner.
